ManTech International Corporation is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Contracts to join our team in the Eatontown, NJ area. As a key member of our Federal Civilian Sector, you will play a critical role in managing complex contracts and ensuring the success of our projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage contracts across the full spectrum of life cycle activities, including pre- and post-award phases.
  • Develop and implement sound business practices and professionalism to ensure successful contract management.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve contractual and financial challenges.
  • Provide guidance and support to internal and external customers to ensure contract compliance.
  • Stay up-to-date with Government Solicitation Requirements and Commercial Practices to ensure compliance.
  • Work closely with the proposal team to develop and execute winning proposals.
  • Manage disputes and coordinate with senior leadership and legal as needed.
  • Identify and mitigate solicitation/proposal risks and develop mitigation plans.

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of contracts administration/management experience in a government contracting environment.
  • 8+ years of experience working at or with the Veterans Affairs Technical Acquisition Center (TAC) on T4NG opportunities and other task orders.
  • 8+ years of experience working for a government contractor in a Contracts Administrator/Management capacity with Veterans Affairs and other related clients.
  • Solid experience working with internal and external stakeholders and program leadership to collaborate and solve issues.
  • The ability to leverage existing and establish new relationships with Government contracting officers.
  • Experience managing a variety of contract types including FFP, T&M, Cost Plus, and LOE.
  • Working knowledge of the FAR, DFARS, VAAR and other Agency Supplement clauses.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent training/experience (additional education may be substituted for experience).
  • Strong technical expertise specifically with MS Office Suite, Google Suite, including the ability to upload contractual artifacts in a timely fashion to appropriate contracts system of record.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with other Federal Civilian agencies such as DHS, DHA, DoS, NASA, etc.
  • Familiarity with Other Transaction Agreements (OTAs).

Physical Requirements:

  • Must be able to perform in a home or corporate office setting.
  • Proficient operating a computer and other office machinery, such as a copy machine and computer printer.
  • Ability to effectively communicate with co-workers, management, and customers, which may involve delivering presentations.
  • Travel to Herndon, VA on an as needed basis.

ManTech offers a competitive salary range of $135,300-$226,400, depending on experience and qualifications.
