Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Materials Manager to join our team in Stilwell, Oklahoma. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of warehousing, shipping/receiving, inventory control, planning, and purchasing functions across two operational sites. This role requires a strategic approach to materials management, focusing on optimizing procurement, demand planning, and supply chain performance.

Responsibilities:
  • Implement tools and methodologies like PFEP, Kanban, Pull Systems, and SIOP for cost-effective material flow and inventory control.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with suppliers to ensure best-in-class pricing and service.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • At least 7 years of experience in materials management within a manufacturing environment, preferably involving capital equipment and aftermarket operations.
  • Proficiency with PFEP, Kanban, Pull Systems, and SIOP; expertise in strategic procurement and supplier management.

Estimated Salary Range: $85,000 - $115,000 per annum.
