Diesel Mechanic Team Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Diesel Mechanic to join our team as a Team Lead in Fleet Maintenance. The successful candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining our fleet of road equipment to ensure compliance with state and federal trucking regulations.
Salary & BenefitsThe estimated annual salary for this position is $64,000-$80,000, depending on experience. Additionally, we offer a range of benefits, including medical, dental, vision, 401K, life insurance, and an annual tool allowance.
Job DescriptionThe Diesel Mechanic Team Lead will be responsible for:
- Troubleshooting and repairing diesel equipment, including tractors, trailers, and reefers.
- Performing preventative maintenance within company standards.
- Completing documentation of all repair orders, PM lists, and parts accountability.
- Handling road service calls and performing road rescue/transport equipment as needed.
- Maintaining a clean and safe work environment in compliance with workplace safety rules and regulations.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- 3 years of commercial diesel mechanic or reefer experience.
- Or 2 years of diesel mechanic experience with TK or refrigeration certification.
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
