We are seeking a highly skilled Critical Care RN Interventional Radiology Specialist to join our team at MedPro Healthcare Staffing. As a Critical Care RN, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality patient care and assisting the interventional radiologist in performing diagnostic and interventional procedures.

Job SummaryThis 13-week travel nursing job in Spokane, Washington offers a unique opportunity to work as a Critical Care RN in an Intervential Radiology setting. You will be responsible for preparing patients for procedures, administering medication, monitoring patient patterns and vital signs, and overseeing the safety and comfort of patients before, during, and after procedures.
Responsibilities- Prepare patients for procedures by explaining the procedure, positioning them correctly, and ensuring their comfort and safety.
- Administer medication including moderate sedation as prescribed by the physician.
- Monitor patient patterns and vital signs during procedures and report any abnormalities to the physician.
- Oversee the safety and comfort of patients before, during, and after procedures.
- Provide post-procedure monitoring and ensure that patients receive the necessary care and attention.
To be eligible for this position, you must have:
- A valid RN license and degree from an accredited nursing program.
- At least 18 months of recent experience in an Intervential Radiology setting.
- BLS certification.
- The ability to work independently and make sound judgments in high-pressure situations.
