About the Role

We are seeking an enthusiastic Food Service Ambassador to join our scratch-based kitchen team. As an ambassador of our locally-sourced, made-from-scratch ethos, you will provide a top-notch guest experience by serving and discussing our seasonal menus with passion.

You will ensure that every meal is not only delicious but also served with consistency, precision, and a sense of urgency. Our team relies on proactive contributors like you to enhance our restaurant's operations, enlighten our guests, and tackle any issues with genuine hospitality.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Articulate the narrative of our current menu, highlighting seasonality and ingredient origin.
  • Expand your culinary horizons by learning about regional produce and preparation methods from skilled chefs.
  • Deliver exceptional hospitality, ensuring meticulous attention to dining spaces, to-go orders, and delivery coordination.
  • Engage with diners proactively, anticipating needs and making visits memorable.
  • Serve as a passionate storyteller for seasonal selections, local farms, and partnering farmers.
  • Efficiently manage various tasks and remain active in the kitchen for prolonged periods.
  • Uphold rigorous food safety standards of both the health department and Naked Farmer.
