Responsibilities

As a Labor and Delivery Nurse on night shifts, you will care for women and newborns during the antepartum, intrapartum, postpartum, and neonatal stages of childbirth. This includes coaching women throughout the birthing process, monitoring the mother's and baby's vitals, administering medication and managing potential complications that may arise.

  • Administer medications and perform routine medical tasks
  • Monitor patients' vital signs and report any abnormalities
  • Assist with caesarian sections and provide breastfeeding coaching
Requirements
  • At least 1 year of recent acute care experience in specialty
  • Active RN license
