Job Description:

  • Completion of an accredited respiratory therapy program is essential for this role.
  • A valid license as a Respiratory Therapist in the State of Colorado is mandatory.
  • Registration or certification by the national board for respiratory care (NBRC) is preferred.
  • BLS and ACLS through American Heart are required upon hire.
  • Neonatal Resuscitation (NRP) certification is also required upon hire.
  • PALS American Heart certification is required within 60 days of hire date.
  • A minimum of one year of recent acute care, emergency care, and intensive care experience is preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of pulmonary function and pulmonary rehabilitation is necessary.
  • Experience with respiratory equipment and ability to work Hour Night Shifts with no on-call duties are required.
