Job Title: Administrative Assistant for Cardiovascular Care

Job Summary:

We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to support our Cardiothoracic Surgery team. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

* Provide administrative support to the Cardiothoracic Surgery team, including scheduling, typing, and filing
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including patient registration and billing
* Develop and implement efficient office procedures to improve productivity and customer satisfaction
* Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and workflow

Requirements:

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred
* Minimum 5 years of office administrative experience, with 2 years in a medical office setting
* Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and EMR systems
* Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion

Working Conditions:

This is a full-time position, Monday-Friday, with occasional evening or weekend hours as needed. The successful candidate will be required to work in a normal office environment, with moderate physical effort required.
