Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Nurse Manager to lead our team at Northern Manor Multicare Center. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our nursing unit and ensuring the highest level of patient care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and manage a team of nurses to ensure excellent patient care and outcomes
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve patient care and safety
  • Mentor and coach less experienced nurses to enhance their clinical and leadership skills
  • Conduct regular quality assurance audits to ensure compliance with regulatory standards
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless patient care and services
Requirements
  • Current State RN License
  • 3 years of Long Term Care experience preferred
  • 2 years of Charge Nurse experience preferred
  • Strong computer skills and proficiency in electronic medical records
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
