Patient Registration and Switchboard Coordinator

Job Summary:
The Switchboard Operator is responsible for the registration and verification of patient demographic information. Additionally, this role involves operating the hospital switchboard. We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team.
- Responsibilities:
- Register and verify patient demographic information in a timely and accurate manner.
- Operate the switchboard efficiently and effectively.
- Provide exceptional customer service to patients and visitors.

Requirements:
- A High School diploma or equivalent required.
- One year of experience in a customer-oriented position is necessary.
- Prior experience as a Registrar/Switchboard Operator, Medical Office Receptionist, or related field is preferred.
