Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Healthcare Support Professional to join our team at Estates at Excelsior. In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of our residents by providing essential support with daily living activities and promoting their overall well-being.

About the Role

The successful candidate will work closely with licensed nurses to deliver high-quality care that addresses the physical, mental, and social needs of our residents. This includes assisting with routine care tasks, applying basic nursing skills, and understanding the mental health and social service needs of our tenants.

You will be expected to maintain a safe and respectful environment, promoting independence and autonomy among our residents while ensuring their physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist residents with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Provide basic nursing care, such as administering medication and monitoring vital signs
  • Support residents with mental health and social service needs, including counseling and advocacy
  • Maintain accurate records of resident care and services provided
Requirements
  • Certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) and listing on the Minnesota Nursing Assistant Registry
  • Ability to clearly speak and proficiently read and write English
