About the Role:
Hillwood Country Club is seeking a talented Line Cook to join its kitchen team. As a key member of the team, you will work closely with the Executive Chef, Sous Chefs, and other Line Cooks to service three distinct dining spaces.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Sous Chefs to plan seasonal menus, daily specials, and special event items
- Work in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen and maintain a high level of cleanliness, organization, and attention to detail
- Be comfortable working in a team environment and communicating effectively with colleagues
Requirements:
- At least two years of experience in a high-volume scratch kitchen
- Flexibility and a willingness to learn and adapt to new situations
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time and work in a physically demanding environment

- A competitive salary range of $14-19 per hour, based on experience
