We are offering a part-time position for a registered nurse on our medical surgical unit.

Salary: Up to $25,000 sign-on bonus and a competitive hourly rate based on experience.

About the Role

As a registered nurse on our medical surgical unit, you will provide professional nursing services for a defined group of patients according to the hospital's philosophy of patient care.

Key Responsibilities

  • Render professional nursing services directly or indirectly for a defined group of patients.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized plans of care.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, adhering to hospital policies and procedures.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care transitions.

Requirements

  • Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
  • A minimum of six months job-related experience or equivalent.
  • Current RI State Licensure as a Registered Nurse.
  • BSN or BSN enrollment required for external applicants.
