PeaceHealth seeks a Medical Director for Family Medicine to lead our team in Ketchikan, Alaska.

The ideal candidate is a BC/BE Family Medicine or Internal Medicine MD/DO with an interest in rural medicine. This opportunity offers a full scope of Primary Care (no OB), approved for 0.8 - 1.0 FTE, with no call and an average of 15 patients/day.

We are committed to providing exceptional patient care and are seeking a dedicated leader who can help us achieve this goal. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of primary care physicians, overseeing the clinical operations, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care.

Compensation Package:

  • A guaranteed first-year income based on 1.0 FTE: $312,718.00 for Family Medicine / $327,035.00 for Internal Medicine
  • An employment bonus, relocation stipend, and education loan reimbursement program
  • CME: up to $3,800 per calendar year for CME and/or professional dues/fees (based on 1.0 FTE)
  • A comprehensive benefit package including medical, dental, vision, disability, life, wellness, and retirement benefits
