About this position:

As a key member of our Design & Branding team, the Social Media/Video Coordinator will be responsible for creating engaging internal and external facing materials, including talent acquisition/recruiting marketing campaigns, brand promotion, social media copy and content, event coverage, and email marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate is a versatile individual with strong communication skills, savvy with marketing concepts, current on social media trends, and experience reporting social media performance metrics from Meta Business Suite.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute social media marketing campaigns in collaboration with the Design team

Analyze social media trends and make informed recommendations for improvements

Create engaging content for social media posts, adhering to confidentiality considerations

Support live film shoots as a sound operator, on-screen talent, or production assistant

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

Four plus years relevant experience with a portfolio and experience as on-camera talent

Highly proficient in iOS hardware and software, including Microsoft Office and Google Drive

Ability to travel domestically up to 5% of the time
