About the Role

As a Nurse Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing direct patient care, working closely with registered nurses and other healthcare professionals to ensure our patients receive the highest level of care. You will be responsible for taking vital signs, assisting with activities of daily living, and communicating effectively with the healthcare team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Taking vital signs and observing changes to patient health
  • Assisting with personal care, including bathing, mouth care, toileting, and skin care
  • Communicating effectively with the healthcare team
  • Responding to call lights and addressing patient needs promptly

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Be at least 18 years old
  • Have completed a nursing assistant training program
  • Previous patient care experience is strongly preferred
  • Be empathetic, compassionate, and able to work well as part of a team
  • Have strong communication skills and basic computer skills

Benefits
