Job Description

At DQ Tyler, we're committed to serving hot, fresh food and excellent cool treats in a clean, friendly environment, quickly. Our team is community-oriented, assisting local churches, youth teams, and charitable organizations of all kinds. We value teamwork and challenge each other to achieve high standards.

As a Team Member, you'll be on the move, serving food, treats, and drinks to customers while following established guidelines, procedures, and policies for food and beverage safety. You'll interact with customers and other staff in a cordial, efficient, and professional manner, taking orders and collecting payments according to company policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve food, treats, and drinks to customers in a timely and efficient manner
  • Interact with customers and other staff in a professional and courteous manner
  • Take orders and collect payments according to company policies and procedures
  • Work a flexible schedule, including days, nights, weekends, and some holidays
  • Lift up to 25 lbs. and work standing and moving for the majority of the shift


Requirements:
  • At least one year of experience in a food service or customer-based business setting
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including days, nights, weekends, and some holidays

  • Ability to read and write English for safety reasons
