We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our team in Gardena, California.

About the Job

This position requires a minimum of 2 years' experience in electronics assembly and proficiency in English.

You will be responsible for:

  • Assembling connectors and cable harnesses from electrical diagrams
  • Crimping wires using hand tools and crimping machines
  • Creating neat and efficient cable routing systems for various products
  • Maintaining a clean and organized work area

The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal communication skills and be able to work effectively in a team environment.

Requirements

To be considered for this position, you must have:

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in electronics assembly
  • Proficiency in English
  • Effective interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to work overtime and on weekends if needed
  • Ability to lift 20 lbs.

We offer a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as medical, dental, vision, holiday pay, vacation, sick days, bonuses, and 401K benefits.
