  • We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to support our Construction Department with administrative duties.
  • The successful candidate will handle paperwork, schedules, and files, ensuring seamless communication between contractors, offices, and central teams.
  • This is a full-time position that requires strong verbal and written communication skills, with attention to detail and multi-tasking abilities.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required, with six months to one year of related experience and/or training preferred.
  • If you have experience with MS Office and email, JD Edwards, or are proficient in organizational skills, we encourage you to apply
