Sprinter Driver

We are seeking a motivated and physically active Sprinter Driver to join our team at CompostNow. As a key member of our operations, you will be responsible for collecting food scraps from residential and commercial locations and delivering clean containers in exchange.

This is a full-time position with a competitive salary of $18/hour. The schedule is Monday to Friday, 6 am to 2 pm. You will have the opportunity to work outdoors in a fast-paced environment, making multiple stops per route. Our team prioritizes safety, cleanliness, and preventive maintenance, ensuring that our fleet vehicles are well-maintained and efficient.

As a Sprinter Driver, you will enjoy a healthy level of physical activity while working, with opportunities to get paid to work out instead of paying for a gym membership. This role may be ideal for early risers who value putting physical activity into their daily routine and enjoy challenging themselves to be better and more efficient with how they work.

If you are detail-oriented, comfortable maneuvering large vehicles, and possess a strong commitment to safety and customer service, we encourage you to apply. Experience driving commercial vehicles or work vans is a plus, but not required.
