Key Responsibilities- Provide direct care and support to individuals, responding to their needs and concerns during assigned shifts.
- Work collaboratively with individuals to promote growth and development in areas such as personal care, socialization, and community integration.

- Develop and implement behavior support plans, in conjunction with other team members.
- Transport and/or accompany individuals to appointments and community-based activities, as needed.

- High school diploma or equivalent required; one to three months of related experience and/or training preferred.
- Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.
- Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
The work environment is typically moderate, with occasional exposure to noise and stress.
