Nurse Care Specialist

The ideal candidate will have experience in providing private duty nursing care to adult patients, with a focus on delivering high-quality care and improving patient outcomes. As a Nurse Care Specialist - Private Duty, you will be responsible for assessing the needs of your patients, developing personalized care plans, and implementing interventions to achieve optimal health outcomes.
To succeed in this role, you must possess excellent clinical judgment, strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently. You will also need to be able to prioritize tasks effectively, manage multiple responsibilities, and maintain accurate records.
We offer a competitive salary of $85,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications. In addition to a rewarding career, we provide a comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, vision, and life insurance, as well as a 401(k) savings plan and awards and recognition programs.
