**Job Overview**: At Home Creations, we are seeking a highly skilled Customer Care Coordinator to join our team. This role is responsible for providing exceptional support to the Customer Care department.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Perform various clerical duties, including preparing and distributing reports, coordinating warranty appointments, and interacting with customers, vendors, and subcontractors.
  • Issue work orders and purchase orders, compile weekly, monthly, yearly, and quarterly reports, and order supplies and manage inventory.
  • Support the entire warranty department, answer incoming calls, collect and maintain PC information, and file documents securely.

**Requirements:

**To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • At least one year of general office/administration experience and one year of customer care or customer service experience.

**Desirable Skills:**

  • Knowledge of general office practices, ability to establish priorities, and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to interact with various personalities, communicate professionally, and demonstrate attention to detail.

**Work Environment:** The role requires an office environment with extensive sitting periods, moderate typing, and occasional standing, walking, reaching, and stooping.

**Estimated Salary: $45,000 - $55,000 per annum**, depending on experience.
