**About the Role:**

  • We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate professional with 1+ year of experience in a CVICU setting to join our team.
  • You will work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to provide high-quality patient care.
  • The successful candidate will have the opportunity to practice at the top of their scope and take on leadership roles within the department.

**What We Offer:**

  • A competitive salary range of $120,000 - $160,000 per year, depending on experience.
  • A comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as a generous retirement plan.
  • A sign-on bonus of up to $20,000, negotiable based on experience.
  • Relocation assistance of up to $10,000 to help with the transition to our location in Tyler, TX.
  • A flexible scheduling system that allows for a healthy work-life balance.

**The Ideal Candidate:**

  • A licensed Acute Care Nurse Practitioner / ACNP or Physician Assistant / PA with 1+ year of experience in a CVICU setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
