Job Summary

As a Field Marketing Manager for North America, you will play a critical role in driving local marketing strategies and initiatives to support Transporeon's growth objectives. You will be responsible for organizing local events, creating case studies, executing local campaigns, building relationships with influencers and associations, working with media outlets and journalists, and collaborating closely with the North American Sales team to ensure alignment with our go-to-market strategy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and execute the regional field marketing plan for North America, including all touchpoints across the year to ensure comprehensive coverage and engagement
  • Drive and execute local marketing campaigns that align with regional business objectives, ensuring maximum impact and engagement, and the ability to navigate and adapt to the unique nuances of different regions within North America
  • Work closely with Sales and our Lighthouse Customers to develop and share compelling case studies that highlight the impact and benefits of Trimble's solutions
  • Organize, plan, and execute local events, including trade shows, conferences, and community engagement activities to enhance brand visibility and generate leads within the target market
  • Build and nurture relationships with key influencers, associations, media outlets, and journalists to amplify Transporeon's presence and reputation in the market
  • Conduct thorough market research to identify evolving trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities, providing valuable insights to shape the field marketing strategy
  • Track and report on the performance of field marketing campaigns, analyzing data to provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement
  • Manage the regional marketing budget effectively, optimizing resources to achieve the best possible outcomes
  • Work closely with the North American Sales team to drive local exposure and ensure marketing strategies are fully aligned with go-to-market goals

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field or comparable experience
  • 5+ years of experience in field marketing, with a proven track record of organizing events, executing campaigns, and collaborating with sales teams
  • Stellar project management and organizational skills
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
  • Proficient in marketing analytics and reporting tools
  • Creative thinker with a strategic mindset
  • Strong team player who thrives in a collaborative environment and can work effectively with sales, PR, and other internal teams
