As a key member of the engineering team, you will be responsible for performing a variety of manufacturing, process engineering, and design functions to support plant production efficiency, cost estimates, stress analysis, and engineering.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and experienced Manufacturing Engineer to join our client's team. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to achieve goals, using root cause analysis to drive process improvements and increase efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform manufacturing, process engineering, and design functions to support plant production efficiency
  • Conduct cost estimates, stress analysis, and engineering tasks
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve goals
  • Use root cause analysis to drive process improvements and increase efficiency

We are looking for a passionate and innovative Manufacturing Engineer who is eager to push the boundaries of improving structural components and reducing costs and increasing efficiencies in manufacturing and assembly. Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (BSME or BSMET)
  • Lean Manufacturing engineering and design experience
  • Six Sigma, CAD, Solid works, FEA
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively
  • Not requiring VISA assistance now or in the future
