Customer Relationship Banker

The Unity Bank is seeking a skilled Customer Relationship Banker to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, providing exceptional customer service, and promoting bank products and services.
Key Responsibilities:
- BUILD STRONG CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIPS: Develop and maintain a deep understanding of customer needs, preferences, and goals to provide tailored solutions and recommendations.
- PROVIDE EXCEPTIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE: Respond promptly to customer inquiries, resolve issues efficiently, and ensure that all interactions are professional, courteous, and respectful.
- PROMOTE BANK PRODUCTS AND SERVICES: Stay up-to-date on bank offerings and promotions to effectively cross-sell and upsell products that meet customer needs.
- MANAGE CUSTOMER ACCOUNTS: Process transactions, manage account balances, and provide financial guidance to help customers achieve their goals.
- Maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; College degree preferred.
- At least 3-5 years of experience in retail banking or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse customers.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Familiarity with banking systems and software, such as CRM and financial applications.
