Plumbing Restoration Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled Master Plumber to join our team at the Institute of Inspection, Cleaning and Restoration Certification. As a Master Plumber, you will be responsible for diagnosing and resolving complex plumbing issues in residential and commercial settings.

• Diagnose and repair plumbing systems to ensure safety and efficiency
• Maintain and develop excellent professional relationships with clients, vendors, and colleagues
• Attend meetings and collaborate with team members to achieve project goals
• Understand and interpret specifications, plans, and blueprints
• Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in plumbing and restoration
• Assess and recommend the most efficient materials, equipment, and installation procedures
• Prepare and communicate project scope and estimates to clients
• Work with vendors and subcontractors to obtain competitive quotes and bids
• Track and review unsold estimates and contract documents
• Support purchasing and field teams in project development
• Mentor and train other plumbers as needed
• Follow health and safety standards and comply with building and plumbing codes

• Licensed Master Plumber with knowledge of local plumbing building codes
