Job Title: Mental Health Therapist - Child and Family Specialist

About the Job:
We are seeking a skilled Mental Health Therapist to join our team at Children's Wisconsin. As a key member of our child and family services, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality mental health care to children and their families.

This is a casual, part-time position with a flexible schedule that may include evenings and weekends. You will work with our multidisciplinary team to provide individual, group, and family therapy to children and their families using evidence-based practices. About the Salary:
The estimated salary for this position is $65,000-$85,000 per year, depending on experience. This salary range reflects the competitive compensation package offered by Children's Wisconsin.

About the Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need a Master's degree in Social Work or a related field, plus 3000 hours post-Master's experience. You must also have current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Professional Counselor (LPC) from the State of Wisconsin. Experience working with children and families, diverse ethnic, cultural, and socioeconomic backgrounds, and trauma is preferred.

About the Working Conditions:
This role requires the ability to work in a fast-paced clinical setting and interact with children, adolescents, and adults. You must be able to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion. Some travel may be required, but most work can be done remotely.
