The Glenridge on Palmer Ranch is a premier retirement community offering an exceptional quality of life for its members. We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Golf Cart Shuttle Driver - Senior Transportation Specialist to join our team.

Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled Golf Cart Shuttle Driver to provide safe and efficient transportation services to our members. As a senior transportation specialist, you will be responsible for transporting members to scheduled appointments, events, and other destinations within the community. You will also be required to maintain the cleanliness and organization of the shuttle vehicles and ensure that all safety protocols are followed.

About the Role
This is a full-time position that requires flexibility and adaptability. You must be able to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays, as needed. You will be working independently but will also be part of a team that provides exceptional customer service to our members. If you have a strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a passion for providing top-notch transportation services, we encourage you to apply.

Responsibilities
* Provide safe and efficient transportation services to members within the community
* Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the shuttle vehicles
* Ensure that all safety protocols are followed at all times
* Assist members with entering and exiting shuttle vehicles, recognizing each person's conditions and restrictions
* Maintain accurate records of transportation activities and services provided
* Perform other duties as assigned by management

Requirements
* High School Diploma or equivalent required
* Valid Florida Driver's License required
* CPR certification preferred
* Excellent decision-making and analytical skills
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Ability to lift 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time
