Job Title: Emergency Room Registered Nurse

We are seeking a skilled Emergency Room Registered Nurse to join our team at MedPro Healthcare Staffing. About the Job

This travel nursing assignment offers a unique opportunity to work in a top healthcare facility, providing emergency care to patients from diverse backgrounds and medical conditions. As an ER RN, you will be responsible for assessing, intervening, and stabilizing patients with various trauma and illnesses, requiring decisive action and quick thinking.

Responsibilities
  • Assess and prioritize patients based on medical need, using effective triage techniques.
  • Provide high-quality patient care, including administering medications, performing procedures, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans, taking into account patient preferences, medical history, and current condition.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams, ensuring seamless care transitions and optimal patient outcomes.
Requirements
  • Active RN license in good standing.
  • Minimum 18 months of recent experience in an Acute Care Emergency Room setting.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS), and Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC) certifications may be required.
  • Ability to work 12-hour shifts, 36 hours per week, with flexibility to adapt to changing patient needs and facility requirements.
