Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare high-quality menu items, utilizing proper recipes, knife skills, and cooking techniques
  • Effectively multitask and balance prep work to ensure timely and consistent meal production
  • Assist in ordering and inventory processes, utilizing ordering guides to control inventory and shrink
  • Collaborate with the culinary team to develop and implement new menu items and recipes
Requirements
  • 1+ years of experience working in a production kitchen
  • Experience with prep work and menu item preparation
Preferred Qualifications
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Culinary Arts
  • Prep Cook/Pantry/Apprentice experience
  • Line cook experience
