We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Warehouse Order Picker to join our team at Affinity Personnel Solutions in Clarence, NY. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth flow of goods through our warehouse.

Job Summary

This is a 1st shift position with competitive pay ranging from $16-17 per hour, depending on experience. If you have a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and a passion for logistics, we encourage you to apply.

Responsibilities
  • Pick orders accurately and efficiently, preparing them for shipment
  • Unload incoming shipments and break down pallets, maintaining a safe and organized workspace
  • Scan inventory into our system and stock items within the warehouse or move them to outgoing docks
  • Utilize our inventory management system to locate outgoing shipments and ensure timely pickup
  • Load pallets with outgoing shipments, verifying counts and details
  • Prepare completed orders for shipping, adhering to quality control standards
  • Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment
