Anesthesiology Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist to join our team at EGA Associates, LLC. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality anesthesia care to patients in a Federal Medical Center in Wilkes Barre, Pennsylvania.

• Conduct thorough patient assessments to identify potential anesthesia risks and develop personalized care plans.
• Educate patients and their families about their surgery and recovery process, ensuring they are fully informed and prepared.
• Prepare and administer anesthetic medications, monitoring patients' vital signs and adjusting anesthesia levels as needed.
• Collaborate with other medical staff to develop effective pain management plans, ensuring optimal patient outcomes.
• Oversee patient safety during recovery from anesthesia, identifying and addressing any potential complications.

• Strong patient assessment skills, with the ability to identify and address potential anesthesia risks.
• Demonstrated knowledge of and skill in oral and written communication, interpersonal relations, customer service, adaptability, and change management.
• Valid state RN license, meeting education requirements for state licensure.
• Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) certification by the American Association of Nurse Anesthetists (AANA).
• Certified Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification by the American Heart Association.
• Current BLS for Healthcare Provider CPR or CPR/AED for the Professional Rescuer certification.
