Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Agricultural Territory Sales Professional to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for optimizing retail sales in your assigned territory.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targeted retail sales and promote products within assigned territory.
  • Maintain strong relationships with dealers and customers, providing exceptional service and support.
  • Monitor and report competitive activities within the territory, identifying opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Implement approved marketing tools to strengthen product knowledge and drive retail sales results.
  • Coordinate field demonstrations and training efforts as required, ensuring seamless execution and high-quality outcomes.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Agriculture or related field, or equivalent experience in large machinery sales or agricultural equipment manufacturing.
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in sales or marketing, preferably in the agricultural industry.
  • Farming background and knowledge of farm equipment operation, adjustment, and maintenance are highly desirable.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to analyze problems and develop effective solutions.
  • Knowledge of CLAAS products and retail finance processes is a plus.

Compensation

The estimated salary for this position is $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
