Heavy Equipment Service Technician

We are seeking a skilled Field Service Technician to join our team, responsible for traveling to customer locations to perform routine inspections and maintenance on heavy equipment. As a Field Service Technician, you will also be trained by a senior technician on a one-on-one basis and will be provided with all necessary tools and equipment. Responsibilities include traveling to customer locations, building relationships with customers, performing routine inspections and maintenance, and training operators on machine care and operation. Qualifications include customer service experience, 3 years of experience in diagnosing and repairing heavy equipment, and a strong ability to work independently and make field decisions.
