Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Territory Sales Manager to join our team at Krauss Maffei Corporation. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for achieving sales targets for assigned regions and technology accounts. Your expertise in capital equipment sales and turnkey solutions will be instrumental in driving business growth and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies for assigned territories to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, sales teams, and other stakeholders
  • Provide technical expertise and support to customers, including product demonstrations and training
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and develop solutions
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or Engineering discipline or similar field
  • 5+ years' experience in capital equipment sales and turnkey solutions with long sales cycles and integration in the plastics industry
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills, with ability to build and maintain relationships with customers and stakeholders
  • Technical understanding of plastics processing equipment and associated processes a strong plus
