Salary and Benefits:
The salary for this position is estimated at $172,448 per year, based on an 8-hour shift schedule and 40 hours per week. In addition to competitive pay, our benefits package includes comprehensive health insurance, life insurance, and a retirement plan. We also offer reimbursement for licensure and continuing education expenses, as well as a referral bonus program to reward our valued employees for attracting new talent to our team.
Job Requirements:
To be eligible for this position, you must have at least one to two years of experience as a registered nurse, preferably in an oncology setting. You should possess strong interpersonal and technical skills, including the ability to communicate effectively with patients and colleagues. Additionally, you should be able to lift and move equipment weighing up to 100 pounds and stand for extended periods of time. Key Responsibilities:
This role involves working with patients who require medical treatment for various types of cancer. Your responsibilities may include administering medications, monitoring patients' responses to interventions, and coordinating patient care with other healthcare professionals. You may also be required to share on-call responsibilities and transport patients as needed. Other duties may include maintaining cleanliness of patient rooms and stocking supplies, as well as performing other tasks assigned by management.
