**Job Summary:**

We are looking for an experienced Registered Nurse to provide direct nursing care to patients in our medical-surgical department. The successful candidate will have a strong passion for delivering exceptional patient outcomes and a commitment to upholding the highest standards of care.

**Responsibilities:**

* Provide individualized patient care based on established policies, procedures, and protocols

* Implement and monitor patient care plans to ensure optimal health outcomes

* Coordinate with the healthcare team to deliver comprehensive care

* Note and carry out physician and nursing orders with precision and accuracy

* Assess and coordinate patient discharge planning needs

**Requirements:**

* BLS Provider certification within 1 month of hire date

* Registered Nurse licensure from the Illinois Board of Nursing

* Diploma from an accredited school of nursing or equivalent
