Medical Support Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Nursing Care Assistant I in our Duke Women's Health clinic located in Durham, NC.
The ideal candidate will provide direct and indirect care to patients, document and communicate pertinent information, perform Point of Care laboratory tests, and maintain a clean and safe environment.
Responsibilities include:
- Providing high-quality patient care and support
- Documenting patient information and communicating with healthcare team members
- Performing Point of Care laboratory tests and maintaining equipment
- Assisting with daily clinic preparation and maintaining a clean and safe environment
Requirements include:
- Completion of a Level I - Nurse Aide education program approved by the North Carolina Board of Nursing or successful completion of the NC - approved Nurse Aide I competency test
- Ability to work day shifts and maintain a flexible schedule
