  • Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement manufacturing processes
  • Provide training and support to manufacturing associates

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
  • 3-5 years of experience in manufacturing process engineering
  • Strong knowledge of CNC machining, grinding, and other manufacturing processes
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
