About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Account Manager to join our team at Esko. As a Sales Account Manager, you will be responsible for identifying and cultivating new business opportunities, building strong relationships with existing customers, and driving sales growth in the packaging industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand our customer base
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at existing and prospective customers
  • Provide expert knowledge and guidance on Esko's products and solutions to customers
  • Collaborate with internal teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies
Requirements
  • Proven sales experience in the packaging industry, preferably with a focus on folding cartons, labels, or other related products
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on results and customer satisfaction
  • Fluency in English, with additional languages (such as German, French, Italian, or Spanish) a plus
  • Ability to travel up to 50% of the time, with occasional overnight stays
