Floor Maintenance Specialist

At Healthcare Services Group, we are seeking a skilled Floor Tech to join our team.
Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized individual to perform floor maintenance tasks, including dusting, wet mopping, stripping, waxing, buffing, shampooing, extraction, and bonneting. The successful candidate will be responsible for completing assigned cleaning areas according to schedule and collecting and disposing of trash while recycling soiled linen from the units.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform floor maintenance tasks, including dusting, wet mopping, stripping, waxing, buffing, shampooing, extraction, and bonneting.
- Complete assigned cleaning areas according to schedule.
- Collect and dispose of trash while recycling soiled linen from the units.
Requirements:
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
