About the Role

Burn Boot Camp is seeking a compassionate and patient Childwatch worker to join our dynamic team. This role involves caring for children aged eight weeks to twelve years old, providing top-quality care in a welcoming environment that reflects our commitment to the community.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional member experience by ensuring a safe, engaging, and clean environment for all children.
  • Execute the Childwatch process with efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Manage the facility in the Childwatch room, maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and organization.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A caring and compassionate approach to childcare.
  • Patient and calm demeanor in difficult situations.
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with parents and children.
  • The ability to lift 30-40 pounds and potentially carry heavy equipment or supplies.
  • Preferred qualifications include valid CPR and First Aid certification, as well as experience in child care.
Compensation

This position comes with an estimated salary of $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
