We are seeking a highly skilled Waterfront Safety Specialist to join our team at KE Camps. This is a unique opportunity for individuals who enjoy working in a dynamic environment and prioritizing the safety of others.

About Us

KE Camps is the leading provider of summer camps for country clubs nationwide. We partner with over 230 private clubs across the country to deliver traditional-style day camps for elementary-aged children.

The Ideal Candidate

We are looking for an experienced lifeguard who possesses excellent communication skills, a calm demeanor, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will have current certifications in lifeguard training, first aid, and CPR (advanced certification may be required based on camp location).

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and guard all swimming activities at the aquatics facility, ensuring that policies, guidelines, and safety procedures are followed.">
• Warn swimmers of improper activities or danger and enforce pool regulations and water safety policies.">
• Direct swimmers out of the pool in hazardous conditions and provide rescues as needed.">
• Administer first aid in the event of injury, rescue swimmers in distress or danger of drowning, and administer CPR and/or artificial respiration if necessary.">
• Evaluate conditions and monitor weather reports for safety, initiating the aquatics emergency action plan as required.">
• Inspect pool facilities, equipment, and water, maintaining a clean environment in and around the pool area to ensure it is safe and usable.">

What We Offer

A competitive salary of $22-$28 per hour, depending on experience, plus opportunities for professional growth and development in a supportive and dynamic team environment.

Working Conditions

This is a part-time position, with a working schedule of 10-15 hours per week or can be paired with a more consistent Camp Counselor role.
