Bilingual Business Development Associate

At ISN Software, we are seeking a highly skilled and multilingual Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a Business Development Associate, you will play a crucial role in communicating with clients and colleagues from diverse countries and cultures. Your excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish, Portuguese, or French will enable you to provide proactive service and support to our customers, answer their calls and inquiries, troubleshoot their issues, and participate in sales and marketing projects.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients and colleagues
* Communicate effectively with clients and colleagues from diverse countries and cultures
* Troubleshoot issues and resolve customer complaints
* Participate in sales and marketing projects
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and colleagues
**Requirements:**
* Bachelor's degree from an accredited university and/or equivalent work experience
* Advanced fluency in English and Spanish, Portuguese, or French (written and verbal)
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
