About the Role

The Southcentral Foundation is seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our team. As a key member of our healthcare staff, you will provide expert physical therapy services to customer-owners and consult with providers to enhance patient care.

Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $45,080 to $61,610 per annum, with opportunities for professional growth and development. Additionally, our comprehensive benefits package includes health insurance, retirement planning, and paid time off.

Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality physical therapy services to customers, addressing their unique needs and goals.
  • Collaborate with healthcare providers to develop effective treatment plans and ensure seamless patient care.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation, adhering to regulatory requirements and SCF standards.
Requirements
  • A current Alaska Physical Therapy license.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification and any additional certifications relevant to your practice.
