About This Role

This role involves coordinating, implementing, and planning nursing care in a timely and accurate manner. You'll assess patient conditions, administer medications, and facilitate staff development in a compassionate and inclusive environment.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • Earned a nursing diploma or degree from a college or university
  • At least one year of pediatric in-hospital experience preferred
  • Non-Violent Crisis Intervention (NVCI) certification within 6 months of hire
  • Ability to work well under pressure and function independently
  • Standard patient care equipment skills

You'll also need to be able to communicate effectively in English verbally and legibly, and lift with assistance up to 250 lbs.

Estimated Salary Range

The estimated salary range for this role is $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience.
