Lead Biostatistician

We are seeking an accomplished Lead Biostatistician to join our team at Novotech, a leading Asia-Pacific biotech specialist CRO. This pivotal role will involve providing strategic guidance and expertise in statistical analysis, ensuring the success of our clients' clinical trials.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Statistical Analysis: Develop and implement complex statistical methodologies to drive insights from clinical trial data.
2. Protocol Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and develop clinical trial protocols that meet regulatory requirements.
3. Team Leadership: Provide mentorship and guidance to junior statisticians, promoting professional growth and development.
4. Client Communication: Engage with clients to understand their needs, provide expert advice, and ensure seamless collaboration throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements:

• Masters or PhD in Statistics/Biostatistics or a related field with >10 years of pharmaceutical industry, CRO, or related experience.
• Experience leading Phase 3 programs and regulatory strategy study and design for Phase 3 programs.

Salary: The estimated salary for this position is $140,000-165,000 per annum, based on industry standards and market conditions.
