Nurse Practitioner

Ink Staffing is currently seeking compassionate healthcare professionals for Progressive Care (PCU) positions in the Bryan, Texas area. The ideal candidate will possess a current Texas license and have at least 2 years of recent experience as a Registered Nurse.
About the Position:
• Shift Type: 36 hours per week, working 3 x 12 hour night shifts, from 19:00 to 07:00, with a 12-hour shift every third day.
• Location: Bryan, Texas.
Salary Information:
The estimated annual salary for this position is $85,000-$110,000, based on national averages and regional cost of living adjustments.
Key Responsibilities:
As a Registered Nurse in our PCU team, you will provide high-quality patient care, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement effective care plans. Your duties may include:
1. Conducting thorough patient assessments to identify needs and develop individualized care plans.
2. Administering medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
3. Monitoring patients' conditions and responding promptly to any changes or concerns.
4. Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care and services.
Requirements:
To be considered for this role, you must have:
1. A current Texas nursing license.
2. At least 2 years of recent experience as a Registered Nurse in a similar setting.
3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and patients.
4. Proficiency in electronic medical records systems and other relevant software applications.
